In our opinion there aren’t that many halal smash burger places that cater to the wider public. We smash our burgers super thin to get that crisp. Looks can be deceiving but our two smash patties weighed the same as a quarter pounder. We know because we hand roll our patties everyday and weigh them ourselves! Our halal meat is sourced from our local butcher so we know exactly what we’re buying and can check for quality closer to home. All of our toppings, smoked brisket and ribs are made onsite with the freshest produce and our secret blends. Everything we put in our burgers has been careful thought out to give you maximum flavour!!
